The medical director, Dr. Khaled Qassab, because of his 15+ years of experience, is considered one of the thought leaders and influencers in his niche on multiple media platforms.

Education qualification: Being qualified and certified as an orthotist and gait analyst.

An orthotist is a healthcare professional specializing in designing, fabricating, and fitting orthopedic braces based on gait analysis reports, also known as orthoses. These devices provide support, correct deformities, and improve the function of muscles and joints.

Responsibilities:

* Patient Assessment and Consultation:

* Evaluate medical histories and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive understanding.

* Consult with patients to understand their goals, expectations, and concerns.

* Educate patients on the proper use and care of orthotic devices.

* Gait Analysis:

* Conduct comprehensive gait analyses using specialized tools and equipment.

* Evaluate stride length, cadence, foot placement, and joint movements.

* Data Interpretation:

* Interpret data obtained from gait analysis tools and diagnostic tests.

* Identify abnormalities or irregularities in gait patterns and understand their implications.

* Provide recommendations for interventions, treatments, or exercises to address identified gait issues.

* Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists, physical therapists, and orthotists to implement treatment plans.

Full-time, eight working hours according to the law of Kuwait, and in-office positions are to be hired under payroll with a monthly salary based in the range of $1500 - $3000.
